Which tasks are counted
- Tasks people create for themselves or each other. Tasks created automatically by workflows are left out.
- Each task is counted against the person it is assigned to.
- Tasks on deleted leads are left out, and tasks on archived leads only count if you tick Include archived leads. Tasks not on any lead are included and show as (No lead) when broken down by the lead’s source or status.
- If you can only see your own leads, you only see your own tasks.
