Reporting Library
The report library is the list of ready-made reports on the left of the Reporting page. Each one is a finished report you can open with one click, and also a starting point: change anything in it, then save it as your own. The report library is the list of ready-made reports on the left of the Reporting page. Each one is a finished report you can open with one click, and also a starting point: change anything in it, then save it as your own. This article lists every report in the library, what it answers, and how it is set up when you open it.
The library on the left. Click a category to open it, then click a report.
Using the library
- Click a category name to open or close it. Categories you open stay open while you work.
- Type in Find a report at the top of the sidebar to search every report by name, including your own.
- Opening a library report never changes the library. If you change it, an Unsaved changes label appears; click Save report to keep your version under My reports.
- Reports marked New use tracking Open Leads only recently started recording. They fill up from the day tracking began.
- The Accounts & groups category only appears if you can report on more than one account.
- Unless a report says otherwise below, it opens on the last 30 days with no comparison.
