Share a report so other people can open it from their own My reports list, without building it themselves. Only saved reports can be shared.
Share with people you pick, everyone in the account, or everyone in your organization.
Who can open it
| Choice | Who |
|---|---|
| Only me and the people I add below | You, plus the people you name. Type a name or email and pick the person. You can pick anyone with an active role on an account you can report on. |
| Everyone in this account | Everyone with a role on the account you are signed in to. |
| Everyone in my organization | Everyone in every account of your organization. |
Whichever you choose, you can still add people by name, for example to let one person edit a report everyone else can only view.
View or edit
- Can view: the person can open the report, change it on screen, export it, and use Save as a new report to keep their own copy. Their changes never affect yours.
- Can edit: the person can also save changes to the report itself. Use it for reports a team looks after together.
- When sharing with the whole account or organization, the tick box gives everyone edit rights.
- Only the owner can change who a report is shared with, or delete it.
What people see
Sharing shares the report’s design, not its numbers. Each person sees the report counted with their own access: someone who sees only their own leads sees the report for their own leads. Accounts in the report that the person cannot report on are left out for them.
Reports shared with you appear under My reports, in a Shared with me list.
