Help -- Task Types

 

Tasks in Open Leads can now be classified into one of four categories - Call, Email, Meeting or Other.

When creating a new Task - either from the Leads Detail Screen of the Lead you are working or from a Workflow you are creating, simply choose a Task Type from the dropdown list to classify that particular Task.

By doing this you can begin to sort your Tasks by their classification, and track the number of calls, etc, you have scheduled and completed.
